New Hatha/Vinyasa Class
Wednesdays from 1:00-2:15pm
Come sweat and stretch during the 75-minute class.
This Wednesday class is a combination of static Hatha poses and flow Vinyasa series.
New Yin Class
Sundays from 12:00-1:15pm
Experience the slower side of yoga with this Yin class. Let your muscles and fascia stretch and open as you hold poses for several minutes. Leave with a 'yoga high'!
